This is a great burger restaurant to eat at if you're looking for something a little bit exotic. From burgers to hot dogs, wraps, and fajitas, you're sure to have a good feed (plus it's 100% halal!).
Blazin Grillz Liverpool Review
One thing you rarely see on the menu in Sydney is camel. Camel meat is just like beef but it tastes much better because it has more umami flavour.
That's why you need to scoot down to Liverpool and try the camel burger at Blazin Grillz.
There's plenty of variety on their menu, with a total of 40 items, plus dessert. I need to try more menu items, but I can attest that the burgers and chicken ribs are delicious.
While it's not the cheapest burger place in town, the variety and ability to try and discover new foods makes it worth the price tag.
So, if you're looking for something different to eat burger-wise, I recommend Blazin Grillz. Even if camel meat is a little too out there for you, I'm sure you'll find something on the menu that you'll enjoy.
Unique burgers, hot dogs, fajitas, and more!
Like other fast-food chains, Blazin Grillz has a casual and relaxed atmosphere. With late closing hours (the restaurant is open until 2am everyday and 3am on Friday & Saturday), it's a great place to eat.
Parking might be difficult to find on a busy night, but other than that; it's a good spot for lunch or a late feed when you're coming home from the club.
With about 20 burgers, hot dogs, fajitas, wraps and plenty of sides to choose from, there's something for everyone. A few visits are definitely needed to get a good grasp of everything on the menu. The service is fast and friendly, with the food coming out quickly after ordering.
Overall, the food here is delicious and prepared well. I recommend the chicken ribs, which are some of the best in the area. The beef and camel burgers are also fantastic. Because of the variety of menu items, I'm looking forward to trying more on my next visit.
Blazin Camel Burger
Lettuce, Onion, Cheese, Spicy Blazin Sauce, and Tomato Sauce.
If you're open to trying new things, give the Camel Burger a shot. It's more dense than beef and has a unique yet flavourful taste.
The patty is thick and juicy, with a nice sear on the outside. The Blazin sauce and combination of ingredients make for a delicious burger. Personally, I think it's more tasty than your standard beef burger.
Onion Rings
Tired of boring old chips? Consider ordering the onion rings to accompany your burger. They're thoroughly battered and fried to crispy perfection. They don't skimp on the seasoning or the portion sizes here. The onion rings are filling and can easily be shared.
American Cheese Burger
Onion, Pickles, Ketchup, Mustard, Cheese, and Spicy Blazin Sauce.
The American Cheese Burger is a classic for a reason. It's everything you could want in a cheeseburger, plus the Blazin sauce adds a nice bit of spice to jazz it up. If you want a safe option that's consistently good, this one is definitely the pick.
Chicken Ribs
These chicken ribs are some of the best in the area. With a good amount of meat per serving, it's a small meal on its own (you can order either a 5 or 10 pack). Each rib is tender and marinated well. They make a great meal if you're looking for an alternative to the burgers.
