Hanlip Parramatta Review

@bestspots.com.au Hanlip Dessert is the perfect place to pick up a box full of sweets and cakes 🥰. ⁣ ⁣ Visit the kiosk in Westfield Parramatta for fruity tarts, mochi roll cakes, and flaky dacquoise. Order ahead as popular items sell out quick 🤪!⁣ ➡️ For the FULL COVERAGE on Hanlip go to www.bestspot.com.au⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #sydneyeatshare#sydneyeateries#sydneyplacestoeat#sydneyfoodvlog#sydneyfoodiestour ♬ Lofi Vibes - Gentle State

Located on Level 2 of Westfield Parramatta, Hanlip is one of the best places to buy desserts and cakes in Western Sydney.

Although the kiosk is relatively small, it is packed with delicacies ranging from traditional french macarons to Japanese inspired mochi roll cakes.

Having tried a range of their delicious selections, I can attest that each is as tasty and well prepared as the next.

For your convenience, you can order online and pick up in-store. The process is quick and easy and will ensure your sweet treat is waiting for you when you arrive.

Food & Service

You will be gobsmacked at the quality of the desserts at this simple kiosk. As soon as you walk up to the display, you're greeted with bright and colourful macarons and artisically crafted cakes.

It's the perfect place to come with friends or family to try out a variety of new and exciting sweets or to take home and enjoy. The menu expands to cube cakes, cheesecake, cream cakes, tarts, and dessert cups!

The customer service is lovely and ordering online is a breeze. That's why Hanlip is one of my top places to buy dessert in Sydney. There's so much on the menu that you'll need to come back for more.

Fruit Tarts

A must try at Hanlip is their fruit tart; grape, strawberry, and blueberry. These tarts are extremely generous in size, so they're best shared with a friend. You'll love the crispy pastry, the sweet cream, and the juicy glazed fruit on top.

Mochi Roll Cake

The mochi roll cake is a classic at Hanlip. A unique Japanese inspired roll cake that's a sponge cake and mochi hybrid. It's light and fluffy on the outside and creamy and sweet in the centre. Try the strawberry, chocolate, melon, earl grey, matcha, black seasame, and chestnut.

Dacquoise

Traditionally a French dessert, a daquoise is made with layers of meringue, almond, whipped buttercream, and a biscuit base. The dacquoise at Hanlip rival those you'll find in a French patisserie. They're deliciously flaky and balanced well with the flavoured cream centre.

Macaron

No dessert stand is complete without the humble macaron. With a crispy outer shell and a delicate chewy inside, the macarons from Hanlip are always a crowd pleaser. Try the pistachio, black sesame, and yellow cheese.

The verdict on Hanlip

I've never had a bad dessert at Hanlip, they're all hits! It's a high recommendation to anyone looking for a sweet treat in Sydney. Grab a few to share with your friends and family and get some extra just for yourself. You'll thank me later.

I’m so dead Hamlin has closed 😭 this was by far the best sponge cakes I’ve had. I hope they can reopen soon, in need of the blueberry cake 😭😭😭
