If you're looking for a savoury, lip-smacking dish to enjoy, look no further than Super Nash Brothers. This one-of-a-kind food truck serves up some super delicious Nashville fried chicken that will have everyone craving more.

The incredible, mouthwatering taste of this southern-style chicken is unforgettable. But, of course, it would have to be the right combination of hot and spicy flavours that Super Nash Brothers provides and their juicy marinated meat (which I can't get enough of).

The uniqueness comes from how they season it. Still, there's something to be said about how they cook their chicken: deep-fried to perfection so that each bite gets an excellent crispy coating on top while staying tender inside - it's not like any other restaurant chain or fast food joint out there.

It doesn't matter if you aren't crazy about spice or cannot handle the heat at all - the original recipe caters as much for those who prefer mellow tastes without sacrificing quality ingredients.

How far will you travel for fried chicken?

They say that the best fried chicken in Sydney is at this food truck. This location has ample parking and seating within a large park in Waitara. Service is relatively quick, but if you're in a rush, you can always browse the Super Nash Brothers menu on their website and order online first to have your order ready upon arrival.

The chicken stays crispy and juicy, so it survives any takeaway trips, making it an excellent option for a fast lunch or dinner. No more soggy fried chicken!

With other locations in Waterloo and Willoughby, a visit to Super Nash Brothers is worth the travel when heading to the North Shore or the inner city or looking for an easy and casual feed.

Tasty fried chicken is always on the menu

What's better than chicken coated with spices that you can see, fried to perfection, and juicy on the inside? Not much. No wonder people are travelling from near or far to experience this succulent chicken first-hand.

There are three levels of spiciness to suit any palate.

  • Southern Fried (spicy level 0/10)
  • Nash (spicy level 3-4/10)
  • Hot (spicy level 7.5-8.5/10)

Fun Fact!

Super Nash Brothers is featured in my Best Chicken Restaurants in Sydney list. Find out which restaurant ranked #1.

If you want to take the extra mile, you can dip these juicy morsels into any Super Nash Brother's sauces. Of course, you can't go wrong with the classic chipotle, hot cheese, or cooling ranch, but if you want something different, try their peach jam for a fantastic flavour.

I also need to give a special shoutout to their pickles. Whilst I'm usually quite picky with the pickles I put in my mouth, I have to admit that these are some of the juiciest and flavourful I've ever had. So add them to your order to provide a nice refreshing tang to cut through the spices of the chicken.

One word of caution, it is on the pricier side of fried chicken if you're not strategic with your order. For example, you can pay $3 for a small chicken tender that could be dry and then an additional $2 - $3.50 for sauce. It'll be easy to rack up a hefty bill.

There's also a range of sides, salad, and desserts on the menu, including snack packs and apple pie bites that will tempt you to order more than just chicken.

I recommend sticking with the chicken thighs and chicken sando burger, as you'll get the best value for your dollar.

A couple of items that I wouldn't recommend are the mozzarella sticks and funnel fries. There wasn't anything extraordinary about them; they're just your typical chain restaurant fare that will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

You can also skip the smoked chipotle honey. I didn't experience anything mind-blowing beyond a good dollop of honey, making it a rather forgettable sauce.

Despite this, Super Nash Brothers is a top-tier fried chicken food truck worth the time and money. With chicken this good, you'll be happy to make your trip out there so that you can enjoy some phenomenal food.

Recommendation:

Super Nash Sando

This mouthwatering burger features the signature Super Nash thigh with sweet and spicy pickles, cooling ranch, and crunchy shredded iceberg lettuce on a garlic milk bun.

Super Nash Thigh & Drumstick

For more flavour with your money, consider choosing chicken thighs or drumsticks over the tenders.

Sauces & Dips

With a selection of flavourful sauces, including a simple aioli, classic chipotle, Frank's hot sauce, hot cheese, peach jam, ranch, and smoked chipotle honey, it's hard not to add these dips to your chicken.
